Who we are
Atvis Media is a creator and brand growth agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, registered under MSME and Udyam. In this policy, Atvis Media, we and us all mean the same thing. You can reach us at info@atvismedia.in.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you book a call, that is your name, your email address, your phone number and the answers you provide in the booking form, including your company name, your budget range and what you would like help with.
If you email us, we hold your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. If you interact with us on Instagram, Discord, LinkedIn, X or YouTube, those platforms hold that data under their own policies, not ours.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to run the call you booked, to prepare a scope and pricing, and to deliver work you have engaged us for. We use it to send you things you asked for. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Tools we rely on
Bookings run through Google Calendar appointment scheduling and calls run on Google Meet, so Google processes that booking data under its own privacy terms. Email runs through Google Workspace. This website is hosted on Vercel. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and unpkg. Each of those providers may log standard technical data such as your IP address as part of serving the request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the working relationship and for our own business records. If you would like your data removed, write to info@atvismedia.in and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can cancel a booking from the confirmation email at any time. You can ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop.
Children
This site and our services are aimed at businesses and creators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
