These terms
These terms apply to the Atvis Media website and to any call you book through it. Specific projects are governed by the written scope and any separate agreement we sign with you. Where a signed agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Booking a call
The growth call is free and carries no obligation on either side. We ask you to give accurate information in the booking form so the call is useful. We may decline or reschedule a booking, for example where the enquiry is clearly outside what we do, and we will tell you if we do.
Quotes and scope
Anything discussed on a call is an indication, not a binding quote. A project only becomes an engagement once we have agreed a written scope, a price and a timeline, and you have confirmed it.
What we ask of you
Work moves at the speed of the material and approvals you give us. Where a delivery date depends on your footage, your assets or your sign off, that date moves if those are late. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send us.
Results
We commit to the work, the process and the reporting. We do not guarantee a specific number of views, followers, leads or revenue, because those depend on platforms, timing and market conditions outside anyone's control. Any figures on this site describe past projects and are not a promise of your result.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, the deliverables we produced for you are yours to use. We keep ownership of our own underlying processes, templates and internal tooling. We may show finished work as a portfolio piece unless you ask us in writing not to.
Payment
Payment terms are set in the scope for each project. Work may be paused where an invoice is overdue.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
This website
The site is provided as it is. We may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
